We are aware that some Actif users with devices running on Apple’s iOS platform have been experiencing difficulties with our online product from mobile devices. We are pleased to announce that we have identified the source of this issue. Therefore, we are providing you with a solution to correct it.
Apple has recently migrated their mobile authentication system from fingerprints to facial recognition. Indeed, this change applies to all users of Apple mobile devices newer than the iPhone X.
We have released an update for our Actif iOS version of the mobile app and recommend you install as soon as possible. You can easily find this update on the App Store.
This notice is intended for users of iPhone X or later devices experiencing difficulties with our app. However, we recommend that users of any type of Apple device download and install this update.
Finally, we would like to apologize to all Apple device users for the difficulties they have experienced.
